Unfinished Project
These plastic figures seem to be a specific flavor from the Midwest. So low tech in terms of lighting, construction and, especially, fabrication. I love the wide varieties of Mary. The vague ambiguity of the baby Jesus’s facial features. Maybe most of all, due to their age, the randomness of which ones no longer light up. Maybe it needs a new bulb, or the wiring is just shot after generations of basement to front lawn.
